　　On Aug.1, 2012, ZYNP received “About approval of ZYNP non-public offering stock’s reply†(securities regulatory permission [2012] no.986) from CSRC (China Securities Regulatory Commission). It shows that non-public offering application project “new energy-saving environmental protection engine cylinder liner with annual capacity 13 million†finally obtained the approval of CSRC. Security agency, Fund Company and investors all expressed their congratulation through various medias one after another.
　　For this non-public project, ZYNP intend to issue new shares no more than 25.3 million and raise funds less than 543.58million RMB. These funds will mainly be used for establishment of “new energy-saving environmental protection engine cylinder liner with annual capacity 13 millionâ€. Till Sept. 28th, 540 million funds had been put in place and then we will speed up the schedule of the third stage project establishment and eventually will become an enterprise group with the world’s largest scales in the cylinder liner industry, with leading R&D level, the strongest comprehensive competitiveness and international famous brand.
