On August 16, Mr. Zhangong Lu, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee,provincial people's congress standing committee, visited our company. Chairman, Mr. Delong Xue made a detailed report about the development of company. Jiaozuo Party Secretary, Guoxian Lu, Mengzhou Party Secretary, Chaojie Wei, General Manager, Mrs. Dongmei Zhang , Mr. Zengjun Dang, Mr. Dongping Liu etc. accompanied them to visit ZYNP.
Secretary Lu mainly visited the company product exhibition, flexible and automatic production line and production sites. During the visit, he carefully asked the company's system innovation ,science and technology innovation, development plan ,staff's life problems and so on. Chairman Delong Xue did detailed answers about industry status,technical innovation,development planning, market shares and so on. Secretary Lu message the company: the first is to adhere to innovate the system and mechanism, continue to make enterprise bigger and stronger; Secondly, we need to adhere to innovate science and technology ,constantly to develop new products, to expand product application field, not only do automobile, ship engine cylinder liner, also develop aircraft and other field space; Thirdly, we need to extend the related products chain, also make piston, piston ring industries special and big as doing cylinder liner, in order to form bigger and stronger development advantages, the enterprise collectivization and internationalization process to a higher level; Fourly;to develop enterprises at the same time, leading agricultural development and regurgitation-feeding agriculture, feedback society, drive development of the peripheral enterprises and township enterprises, to do more contribution to the society.
"Foreign Engineer" to do R&D, Great!
Secretary Lu very cared about technology innovation of company. When the Chairman Xue introduced there were three R & D centers in Europe, North America and China. Mr. Lu asked the engineers were foreigners or Chinese. The chairman said dozens of foreign engineers who researched and developed new product and new techniques worked in the R&D center. It is so great you could hire foreign engineers to do R & Secretary Lu said happily.

In the product exhibition area, Secretary Lu pointed to Cummins cylinder liner and asked what material it was. The Chairman Xue introduced that it was as-cast Bainite gray cast iron which we independent researched and developed, and obtained the national invention patent. Secretary Lu also asked accuracy of the cylinder liner. Chairman Xue said the ID accuracy could reach 1 um, equivalent to 1/20 of thickness of a hair. Secretary Lu understood that cylinder liner was one kind of part with high technology, not only at material, foundry, but also at machining.
During the Mazak automatic production line visit, Chairman Xue said that this production line was jointly developed and built by the domestic machine company and our company. And it was the most automatic in the national cylinder liner industry. Secretary Lu appreciated a lot that ZYNP was a really a high-tech enterprise because ZYNP has not only R & D centre, but also has R & D capability, not only produces high-tech parts, but also helps to develops new equipment.
There is confusion about the concept of high-tech enterprises. The company of manufacturing high-tech products is not necessarily the high-tech enterprise. Just like some electronic products, which the products are full of high technology, but the enterprise has no independent research and development ability, the enterprise uses "copy technology". So this kind of enterprise is not high-enterprise. ZYNP is high-tech enterprise! Secretary Lu said.

In sorching summer, Secretary Lu found that the production site is very cool and saw that workshop was equipped with central air-conditioning. "To save energy in some place,they don't let people use power and lights.They make people life uncomfortable. You are trying your best to save the equipment energy, but provide worker convenient environment.You committed to staff's environment improvement, make the staff feel comfortable, and you do very well with energy saving problem". Seeing staff's travel and in-service education information on the electronic screen, Secretory Lu asks the staff's working and living conditions from the chairman xue and General Manager zhang. Chairman Xue introduced the employee welfare construction. Secretary Lu felt delighted after hearing that. "These welfare-Central air conditioning, staff travel or in-service education- have increased the company cost. You think ways to consume energy for employees, which is really a good idea Secretary Lu said.
